For exchanging a purchased product, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, by returning it to any Mothercare store and showing the receipt/invoice or the Return Form.
For refunding you can follow the refund procedure by filling in the Return Form, you have received in the parcel. You must fill in the tab EXCHANGE and then you prepare the return parcel and you send it to Headquarters. For more details click here.
