Note: The following procedure exists for orders concerning parcels less than 8kg (volumetric). For big hardware such as cot/cotbeds, dressers, bikes, travel cots, pushchairs etc. please send ab email to [email protected] for further instruction of return.

1. Exchanging order products

If the Customers wishes to exchange a purchased product, they can do so within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, by returning it to any Mothercare store and showing the receipt/invoice or the Return Form. The Tavros Outlet store is exepted from products exchanges. In case of product exchange, the Customer should select items of equal or higher value from the returned. Items sold with an extra gift (e.g. 1+1 gift) must be returned with the additional gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted.

2. Returning products of order - Refund

The product exchange is replaced by the refund procedure by filling in the Return Form, you have received in the parcel. You must fill in the tab ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΩΝ and then you prepare the return parcel and you send it to Headquarters, which is mentioned below. Securely package the items so that are protected and attach the purchase receipt or the Return Form as well as specifying which item is affected by the return. In case of exchange, the product return fees to the Company’s main warehouses shall be borne by the Customer. If the exchange is due to a Company’s error, the fees are borne by the Company. For the Return please use on the parcel the label/ticket and call the Courier mentioned on that label (You can see the documents you have recived below).

If payment was made by cash on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made on a bank account indicated by the Customer. For the refund to take place the customer must provide details of said account such as: IBAN, the name of the beneficiary, and the Bank of reference as per the original refund request email. If payment was made using a credit or debit card via the e-shop, the Company, provided the payment has been received by the Bank, is obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction so the Bank can then proceed with any further action. Following this information, the Company has no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the settlement, regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing Bank and the Customer. If the payment was made with PayPal, a refund will be made via PayPal. In case of withdrawal from the sale of items with a gift voucher, a refund is made only for the additional amount of the gift voucher. The amount of the gift vouchers that have been used, are returned to the customer via a single gift voucher that must be reused once.

3. Gift exchange

If you have received a gift and you are unable to visit a Mothercare Store, you can  exchange the items, by sending them to Headquarters, which is mentioned below. You must fill in the tab ΑΛΛΑΓΗ ΔΩΡΟΥ and then you prepare the return parcel. Securely package the items so that are protected and attach the purchase receipt or the Return Form as well as specifying which item is affected by the return. In case of exchange, the product return fees to the Company’s main warehouses shall be borne by the Customer. The Return to us is specified with the same procedure as mentioned in the section 2. Returning products for order cancellation or refund.

Terms and conditions for the Return of the items from mothercare.gr

1. The products must be securely package so that are protected

2. The products should be in excellent condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all their labels (e.g. tags)

3. Returned products must include all accompanying documents (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, and Return Form)

4. Send the parcel to the following address: I. KLOUKINAS – I. LAPPAS. SA, Dpt. Of Returns/ Exchanges, Sakellariou & Teo Str., 17778, Tavros (Attiki), Greece.

5. Then you call the COURIER mentioned on the Return label. On the label you will find the details of what to say to the COURIER. You will say to the COURIER REPRESENTATIVE the name of I. KLOUKINAS-I. LAPPAS so you be benefited of the reduced cost we have agreed with them. When we receive the items, we will refund the sum of the received by Customer minus the cost of transportation.

6. If you haven't visited the store to take the Click & collect order, in the period you are informed, the order will be cancelled. If you have paid the order, you will get a refund in 14 working days. When the payment is made through deposit, we shall be waiting for the IBAN, name/surname of account holder and the name of the bank here. If we don't receive those details, the refund will be available for 6 months and after that will be deleted
