If you are having any issues with an item bought from mothercare, early learning centre please follow the below procedure. 

 

If the issue derives from a clothing item and you are located close to one of our stores, then visit us with the item accompanied by its receipt or exchange card.  

 

If you are away from one of our stores or you are having issues with a H&T item or toy then please follow the below steps: 

1) Fill in contact form  here

2) Choose the correct subject out of the list. 

3) Fill in your data as completed as possible. Please provide the receipt number if available to Order number field. 

4) In case you have available photos of the receipt or of the issue for more information please attach to the appropriate field. 

5) Click on the box - I am not a robot.

6) Submit 

 

Upon the receipt of your request we will contact you for further info or instructions to follow.

 

In case your purchased item belongs to one of the brands below, please follow the different procedure that it is described below.  

  • Philips- Avent 
  • BION , call on the number of the link or send an email. BIOIN brands are: zazu, marcus& marcus, ergopouch, itooti, FirstBIKE.
