Ordering
You can place your order in one of the following ways:
- E-Shop: Complete your order easily and quickly through www.mothercare.gr and track its delivery.
- Through any mothercare & early learning center store: Check out our Stores
- Through telephone 210-4821186, extension: 261,219, daily from 8.30am till 16.30pm
Payment
You can pay your order by choosing the payment method that serves you:
By Cash
If you choose cash on delivery if your order is being delivered at your preferenced address. Cash on delivery is an available option for orders that are less than 8kg. Cash on delivery cost is 2,50€
regardless of the amount of the order.
According to current tax provisions, receipts over 500€ (including VAT) and invoices over 620€ (including VAT) should be paid ONLY in one of the following ways:
- Deposit / transfer to a bank account
- Charge on credit or debit card.
Charge on credit or debit card, using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Dinners, Discover and Masterpass wallet.
With paypal, using any attached credit card or debit card.
By bank deposit.
Choose one of the following accounts for your deposit.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive your payment code for the bank deposit, which will take the following form: RF77911563990000000000203.
In order to identify your deposit, you must use the payment code we have provided you with upon the completion of your order.
Please note that the deposit must be made within 7 days of the date of the order, otherwise the order will be deleted.

Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
