Ordering

You can place your order in one of the following ways:

• E-Shop: Complete your order easily and quickly through www.mothercare.gr and track its delivery.
• Through any mothercare & early learning center store: Check out our Stores.

Payment methods - Greece

Payment methods depend on shipping country.

You can pay your order by choosing the payment method that serves you:

Credit/ Debit ard

Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover and Masterpass wallet.

Klarna - Buy now, pay later
With Klarna, you can complete your order securely and pay in 3 interest-free instalments.
The first payment is charged at checkout, with the remaining 2 instalments automatically scheduled every 30 days.

Paypal 

Pay using your PayPal account or any linked credit or debit card.

IRIS Online Payments

Once you click on “Order Payment”, you will be redirected to your e-banking environment.
IRIS allows instant transfers within Greece, with automatic payment verification. This payment method is FREE of charge.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered within Greece that do not exceed 8 kg. If you choose cash on delivery if your order is being delivered at your preferenced address. Cash on delivery cost is 2,50€ regardless of the amount of the order.

According to current tax provisions, receipts over 500€ (including VAT) and invoices over 620€ (including VAT) should be paid ONLY via: 

• Deposit / transfer to a bank account
• Credit or debit card.

By bank deposit

Choose one of the following accounts for your deposit.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive your payment code for the bank deposit, which will take the following form: RF77911563990000000000203.
Please note that each RF code is unique. Do not use the example code provided above — use only the code you receive in your order confirmation.

In order to identify your deposit, you must use the payment code we have provided you with upon the completion of your order.

Please note that the deposit must be made within 7 days of the date of the order, otherwise the order will be deleted.
 

EUROPE (EU Countries)

Ordering

Orders can be placed through our online store with or without creating an account.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
VAT is applied according to the destination country, in compliance with EU VAT OSS regulations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are indicative.

Payment Methods – Europe

For orders shipped outside Greece, the following payment methods are available:

• Credit / Debit Card
• PAYPAL
• Klarna (not in Slovenia)

❗Cash on delivery, IRIS and bank deposit are not available for orders shipped outside Greece.

Transaction Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Alpha e-Commerce of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
