Family Points Loyalty Card – Terms of Use

The holder of the Mothercare – E.L.C. Membership Card (hereinafter the “Card”) fully agrees and accepts that:

 

1. Issuance and Ownership

The Mothercare – E.L.C. Membership Card is issued to the holder upon their application by WONDER NEST RETAIL S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) and remains the property of the Company at all times.

 

2. Nature of the Card

The Card is not a credit or debit card and does not entitle the holder to any form of credit or cash refund.

The Cardholder cannot make financial transactions using the Card but may enjoy certain benefits and privileges as determined and announced by the Company from time to time.

Under no circumstances can the Card, its accumulated points, or its associated privileges be exchanged for cash.

 

3. Activation and Validity

The Card is activated once the holder completes and signs the membership application form and submits it to any Mothercare – E.L.C. store.

The Card entitles the holder to benefits for as long as the loyalty program remains active.

The duration of the program is determined solely by the Company, and any change will be announced in writing or electronically to participants.

 

4. Program Benefits

The benefits of the program are displayed in visible areas within all Mothercare – E.L.C. stores and on the Company’s official websites, as announced periodically in the same manner.

 

5. Modifications to the Program

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program, notifying members at least 60 days in advance via email and/or an announcement on its website.

No consent is required for such changes, but timely notice will always be provided.

 

6. Use of the Card and Points System

The Card may be used in all Mothercare – E.L.C. stores, subject to the following conditions:

A. Earning Points

1 point for every €1 spent on clothing, small equipment, and accessories

1 point for every €2 spent on large nursery equipment

B. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed at the rate of 200 points = €15.
  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

In the event of technical issues, the Company may extend their validity and will notify members accordingly.

Coupons also have an expiration date.

If the program is discontinued, members retain the right to redeem their points for three (3) months following the official announcement.

The Card benefits constitute a rewards program and do not represent a “price reduction announcement” as defined by Code of Conduct 19138/2025.

In the event of loss or theft, the Cardholder must promptly inform the Company. The remaining points will be transferred to a new Card.

The Company bears no responsibility for any use of the lost Card prior to the notification of loss by the rightful holder.

For holders of the electronic Card, a reissue may be requested in writing at [email protected].

Any price reductions, offers, or discounts associated with the Card will fully comply with the applicable Code of Conduct, particularly with respect to reference pricing and offer duration.

 

7. Personal Use

The Card is strictly personal and may be used only by the registered holder.

Transfer of the Card to any third party is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Cardholder or prohibit Card use at any time, without prior notice or justification.

 

9. Amendment of Terms

The Company may, at its discretion, unilaterally amend any term of use or suspend the rewards program in whole or in part.

Any such amendment or suspension will be announced in visible locations within stores and on the Company’s websites as described above.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

If the Company modifies or terminates the program in whole or in part, the Cardholder shall have no claim against the Company, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or misleading practices.

By signing the application and accepting these terms, the Cardholder acknowledges that the program is a voluntary rewards initiative offered by the Company, which may be modified or discontinued at any time.

The Cardholder waives any related claims against the Company by accepting these terms.

 

11. Cardholder Obligations

The Cardholder must return the physical Card to the Company upon request, keep it in good condition, and refrain from transferring it to any third party.

In the event of loss or damage, the Cardholder must promptly inform the Company.

For electronic Cards, the Cardholder must securely retain the email containing the relevant Card details.

 

12. Checking Points

Cardholders can check their point balance at Mothercare – E.L.C. store checkouts or through their personal account on the Company’s online store, provided the Card has been linked to that account.

 

13. Data Protection

By registering for the Mothercare – E.L.C. Membership Card, WONDER NEST RETAIL S.A. will process your personal and purchase data in order to allocate your points and benefits.

Participation in the rewards program implies consent to data processing necessary for contract performance and for direct marketing purposes.

The Company may contact you using your provided or preferred contact details to inform you about products and offers.

You also consent to personalized communication, allowing the Company to process your information and purchase history to send tailored updates, offers, and promotional materials that match your preferences.

Your data will be retained for five (5) years from your last purchase or for as long as your Card remains active (whichever is longer), unless you request earlier deletion.

Your data will be shared only with Company employees and authorized partners acting on its behalf, solely for the above purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, portability to third parties, and to object to automated profiling.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

 

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

14. Geographic Scope

The Membership Card and the Rewards Program are valid exclusively within Greece.
