GREECE
Shipping & Cash on Delivery Costs - Greece
Shipping is FREE for orders that meet the following conditions:
- Order value over €60 and volumetric weight up to 8 kg.
- Order value over €250 for orders with a volumetric weight exceeding 8 kg
- If you choose to pay by cash on delivery (COD), the cost is €2.50. The cash-on-delivery payment method applies only if the package does not exceed 8 kg, regardless of the order amount.
According to current tax provisions, rceipts over 500€ (including VAT) and invoices over 620€ (including VAT) should be paid ONLY in one of the following ways:
- Deposit / transfer to a bank account
- Charge on credit or debit card.
Delivery methods
Courier: Available for parcels up to 8 kg (volumetric weight) with delivery to the address you specify. The choice of the courier service is at our sole discretion.
Freight Company: For parcels over 8 kg (volumetric weight).
The selection of the transport provider is at the sole discretion of the company.
- Athens: Home Delivery to the specified address.
- Thessaloniki and major urban centers: Home delivery (floor delivery is not supported).
- Rest of Greece: Collection from the freight company’s warehouse (customer must contact the freight company)
Click & Collect service which you can visit a mothercare & elc store and receive the order. If the order is not collected within the communicated timeframe, it will be automatically cancelled. If payment has already been completed, the refund will be processed according to our Returns policy, please see details here.
Delivery time
Orders are processed on the next business day after submission and handed over to the carrier within 1-2 days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Up to 5 business days within Attica.
- Up to 7 business days for mainland destinations.
- Up to 8 business days for island destinations.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, please allow an additional 2-3 business days.
For large parcel deliveries in Attica, we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Delivery times may be affected by force majeure or adverse weather conditions etc.

EUROPE (EU Countries)
Shipping Methods & Costs – Europe
Shipments to European Union countries are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the order and the selected delivery method.
The total shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is the primary shipping method for EU destinations.
- Delivery time: 4–7 business days
Charges based on volumetric weight:
- Up to 5 kg:
- Orders over €120.00, shipping is FREE
- Orders up to €119.99, fee of shipping is €15
- From 5.001 kg and above, fee of shipping is €25
Express Delivery
Express Delivery offers faster delivery for selected orders.
- Delivery time: 2–3 business days
- For orders up to 3 kg ONLY, fee of shipping is €20

- VAT is calculated based on the destination country (OSS scheme)
- Cash on Delivery and Click & Collect are not supported
