Cost of Delivery- Pay on delivery
• For order value over 60€, you get FREE delivery.
• For order value under 60€, cost of delivery is 3,50€
• Pay on delivery: If you wish to pay on delivery there is an extra cost of 2,50€. Pay on delivery is applicable only on orders with volumetric weight<8kg, regardless of order value.
According to current tax provisions, rceipts over 500€ (including VAT) and invoices over 620€ (including VAT) should be paid ONLY in one of the following ways:
Deposit / transfer to a bank account
Charge on credit or debit card.
Ways of delivery
With Courier for parcels not exceeding 8kg (volumetric), at the address you will specify in your order. Carrier selection is the sole responsibility of our company.
By shipping company. All orders concerning parcels> 8kg (volumetric) are shipped with a carrier, carrier selection is the sole responsibility of our company.
Within Athens & Thessaloniki, the delivery is done at the address & possible floor you will specify in your order.
For all major urban centers in the rest of Greece are delivered to the address you specify in your order. (delivery on the floor is not possible)
For the rest of Greece, orders are received from the headquarters of the transport company. To arrange delivery the customer should contact the shipping company, holding his order as to receive items.
With Click & Collect service which you can visit a mothercare & elc store and receive the order. Ifyou don't visit the store to take the Click & collect order, in the period you are informed, the order will be cancelled. If you need a refund, please see details here.
Time of delivery
Orders are executed the next business day from the day of order, and delivered to courier / transporters in 1-2 days.
From the day the carrier receives the order, the usual delivery times are:
• At maximum 5 working days for Attica,
• At maximum 7 working days for landing destinations,
• At maximum 8 working days for island Greece.
• For inaccessible areas, calculate 2-3 working days above.
For deliveries of large packages in Attica we will contact you to arrange the delivery appointment with you.
Times may be affected due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, etc.
We do notice that Covid suitation may inflict delays on deliveries.
