addo - product recall notice
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you that our supplier, Addo Ltd, is proceeding with a precautionary recall of the following items:
- 0741771 - 563867 – OTI Sand Art Kit
- 0746422 - 570142 – OTI Creative Candles
- 0748304 - 569122 – Paw Patrol Sand Art Pictures Set
- 0748431 - 569124 - PAW PAT BUMPER CRAFT SET
Additional testing has indicated that there is a possibility the products may contain traces of asbestos. Although the likelihood is low, Addo Ltd has decided to withdraw these products from the market as a precautionary measure.
Customers who have purchased any of the above items are kindly requested to stop using them immediately and return them to any Mothercare store for a replacement product or a full refund.
Addo Ltd and Wonder Nest place the highest priority on product quality and safety. This action has been taken proactively to ensure the continued safety of our customers.
